Trullo Marianne is a typical Mediterranean building of stone, beautifully restored and enlarged and is located near Ostuni, the famous “White City”.
Trullo Marianne combines all the features of the old trulli, farmhouses built entirely of stone, with the characteristic conical shape.
Renovated with attention and care and preserving the original characteristics of these buildings, the property is divided into three distinct bodies.
The first is the trullo which consists of three cones with entrance room, and its two sides are the two alcoves.
The second is the Lamia, also an ancient stone structure with a flat roof, living room, kitchen and a master bedroom with bathroom.
The third part is a prefabricated wooden chalet style building, purchased directly from northern Europe,, and is made up of two separate bedrooms and a bathroom.
The surrounding land is approximately 17,650 square meters overall, with many olive trees. The accommodation area is bounded by a walled garden with out door living and relaxation area’s and a well planted garden surrounds a beautiful large swimming pool with sun terrace.
The property is located in a rural area characterized by large olive groves and important vineyards, and is 6 km from the beautiful beaches of the Adriatic Sea.
The Trullo is only a short drive from the charming old towns of Ostuni and Carovigno and only a few dozen km from some of the most well-known historical centers of Puglia such as Cisternino, Alberobello and Martina Franca.
